Overwhelmed?
What to do if you are overwhelmed with your workload, feel yourself getting too busy or can see you won't be able to complete the role you are currently taking on.
Here is some suggestions for when you don't think you'll be able to keep up with your role:
Delegate the work to someone else yourself, communicating this shift of responsibility to the relevant people
Share your role with another, or multiple members if possible
Take a temporary break and get cover, by contacting someone in your subgroup
Step down from your role for now so someone else can take on the role
You commit your time and energy on your own terms and we appreciate changing availability. Communicating this early can help the group adapt!
