🧚Vibe Guardians

The Vibe Guardians role is to take stock of the environment and culture currently being practised by The Film Cult. They will make sure no individual's health is being negatively impacted by our practices and that cult members physical, emotional and mental needs are met to allow everyone to participate. This will help steer us to create the environment we want to work in.

The Vibe Guardian will also have both a detailed and big picture view of cult morale and will arrange actions accordingly. If people are feeling uninspired and cult work becomes a drag they might arrange an inspiring talk, if individuals are working too hard they might demand a workload reshuffle or reduction.

The Vibe Guardian working group may also be researching and discussing best practices The Film Cult can adopt and implement.
